Refund Policy

Our course content is available to review for free on our website before purchase. Purchasing a PDF or subscription is optional and is intended to provide added convenience and additional features.

A sample study guide is also available for download before purchase. Since customers are able to review the content in advance, all purchases are final and refunds are not provided after checkout.

Our products and services are delivered digitally and may provide immediate access upon purchase. For this reason, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed or once access has been granted.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges (if applicable to your plan). Cancellation stops renewal but does not result in a refund for fees already paid. Access will continue through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or suspect an unauthorized charge, please contact us promptly. While we do not offer refunds, we will investigate billing errors and, where appropriate, correct them (for example, duplicate charges).

If you experience issues accessing a PDF, subscription features, or course materials, contact us and we will help troubleshoot. This includes login/access issues and re-delivery of digital files if needed.
